    I am trying to eliminate the junk from my diet, incorporate healthy food habits to lose some weight. I went so far from my route. gradually taking steps to align myself.

    oct 25: Weight- 132.6lbs-60.1kg
    2 mile treadmill walk,20 mins yoga, 20 mins meditation and breathing,20 mins walk
    Junk- adirasam,bajji,rice crispies

    Hi Buddies, After doing 4 weeks of the AIP, I have decided i cannot restrict myself any longer, I am slowly going to come back to a normal routine that I can follow for life long.

    Sri: I am good...but not very regular with my workouts.... I really miss the time when I used to exercise everyday...now it's like there's something or the other everyday.. :(

    @Ruby: you did the right thing...I always believe losing weight in a way which you can maintain for the rest of your life...you cannot stop eating grains forever ...that's nearly impossible! so stick to clean eating and exercise regularly..

    @ Manali - I just want to get an exercise routine going first, then make slow changes to my diet. But going so restrictive for a month, has made me appreciate so much and i believe I can stick to eating clean this time around.

    HI frds,
    sorry i joined this group and lost. i couldnt update daily but following my diet and exercise. I will update my exercise and diet on everyweek friday.
    so far daily i am doing 4 mile fast walk by leslie and 30 min exercise include thigh exercise,ab workout,plank. my diet is good .

    Reflections - I think I am overbording with carbs again...and i haven't exercised. I am going to limit my carbs again starting from tommorow (30/10) and prioritse exercise over everything else.
