    wow the IL friends hang out day sounds so awesome Sri..I wish we could all meet at one place..it would be so much fun!! We will chat for hours!

    @Alpa: safari sounds super cool...definitely if we ever come to Kenya..I will let you know :) and that's awesome that u have met 3 of IL friends!

    Food:
    Breakfast - 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar) & 1 big glass of smoothie
    (1 banana, 1 apple, few blueberries, few blackberries, added few pomegranate seeds. No sugar. No milk)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, cabbage, 1 boiled egg & yogurt
    Snacks - 1 coconut donut shared with my mom :)
    Dinner - 2 dosa, little upma

    Workout:
    Climbing stairs at home
    Floor ex - Arm circles, Lateral lifts, military press, bicep curls, triceps overhead extension with 3 lb weights (didn't get time more time to do just did for 10 mins )
    Treadmill - 60 mins (in inclined mode)
    Normal walk - 20 mins

    6th Aug: 3.25 miles...

    i don't walk very fast these days but something is better than nothing I guess!

    Breakfast - 1 slice honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar) and fruit smoothie
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, yogurt, vegetable and 1 boiled egg white and buttermilk
    Eve - 1 cucumber and tea (with brown sugar)
    Dinner - Roti with paneer Subji (Today, no milk after dinner as I had tea in the evening)
    1 multi vitamin

    Workout :
    climbing stairs (at home)
    normal walk - 40 mins

    7th Aug: 30 minutes treadmill [2 miles] + 12 minutes elliptical [1 mile]

    after a long break...i walked continuously for 4 days.. :)

    Dinner - dosa with my favourite sambar
    1 multi vitamin


    Workout :
    climbing stairs (at home)
    1 hour shopping
    no gym as i had to go for my GYN appointment ..

    My dr hugged me as soon as she saw me and mentioned that I don't look like I recently delivered a baby (what a compliment to fulfill my day
    :biggrin2:) .. and yah i weighed 10 lbs less than my previous visit (May 22).. looks like I've lost 10 lbs in 2.5 months :clap

    Workout :

    Treadmill with inclination mode - covered 3.17 miles, burnt 291 calories and covered 13 LAPs. Total time: 60 mins

    Climbing stairs at home and walking in the mall for 1-2 hours ..

    Overall, a great Saturday workout after a long time :cheers

    Today morning I weighed 151 lbs (my lowest wt)

    Preparing for a dinner date with my hubby tonight. Will make sure I eat within limits :) I'll post my fruit smoothie picture today or tomorrow ...
