Weight Loss Buddies from 2012

    Food:
    - 1 wheat bread, milk
    - non-spicy chicken briyani, raita, 1 boiled egg
    - 1 bowl papaya
    - roti with chicken gravy

    Workout:
    Arm workout (without weights)
    - Arm circles
    - Lateral lifts
    - Bicep Curls
    - Tricep overhead extension
    - Military press
    - Pulse Up

    Repeat above with 3 lbs weight on each hand..

    Treadmill - 30 mins
    Elliptical - 15 mins
    normal walk - 10 mins

    Wt:
    June 30 - 155.8 lbs
    July 7 - 153.4 lbs

    Food:
    - 1 wheat bread, milk
    - fruit smoothie (1 apple, 1 banana, few strawberries)
    - wheat chapati, brown rice, peas curry, beetroot & 1 boiled egg
    - 1 big glass of butter milk
    - 1 bowl papaya
    - wheat chapati & 1 small dosa
    - 1 multivitamin

    Workout:
    Arm workout (without weights)
    - Arm circles
    - Lateral lifts
    - Bicep Curls
    - Tricep overhead extension
    - Military press
    - Pulse Up

    Repeat above with 3 lbs weight on each hand..

    Modern mom hip ex
    Squats
    Lunges
    Treadmill - 30 mins
    Elliptical - 30 mins

    Wt:
    June 30 - 155.8 lbs
    July 8 - 153 lbs

    Food:
    Break fast : 1 wheat bread, milk followed by a fruit smoothie (1 apple, 1 banana, few strawberries & water)
    Lunch: wheat chapati, brown rice, soya curry, beans , 1 boiled egg & 2 cucumbers
    Post lunch: 1 big glass of butter milk
    Snack: 1 boiled corn
    Dinner: Idly, tomato curry
    1 multivitamin

    Workout (at home):

    Arm
    workout (without weights)
    - Arm circles, Lateral lifts, Bicep Curls, Tricep overhead extension, Pulse Up, Standing V raise, Military press/Shoulder press, Kick backs & Reverse curls

    Repeat above with 6 lbs weight (3 lbs on each hand)

    Modern mom hip ex

    Free Squat, Sumo Squat (killer ex), Basic squat, Lateral leg lifts & Hamstring curl

    Normal walking - 1 hour

    Gym closed today.

    Wt:
    June 30 - 155.8 lbs
    July 8 - 153.4 lbs (my wt is fluctuating between 153 & 154)

    Food:
    Break fast : 1 wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita and after 1 hour pumping session I prepare and take fruit smoothie (1/2 apple, 1 banana, few strawberries, little milk & water)
    Lunch: wheat chapati, brown rice, tomato curry, carrot, 1 boiled egg
    Post lunch: 1 big glass of butter milk
    Dinner: Chapati, cauliflower subji
    1 multivitamin

    Workout (at home):

    Arm
    workout (without weights)
    - Arm circles, Lateral lifts, Bicep Curls, Tricep overhead extension, Pulse Up, Standing V raise, Military press/Shoulder press, Kick backs & Reverse curls

    Repeat above with 6 lbs weight (3 lbs on each hand)

    Free Squat, Sumo Squat (killer ex), Basic squat, Lateral leg lifts & Hamstring curl

    I tried to do some advanced level squats & lunges (Squat with Triceps Push back, Sumo squat with side raise, Lunges with Oblique Twist & Lunges with kick backs)

    Workout (at gym):
    Treadmill - 60 mins - burnt 300 calories

    Wt:
    June 30 - 155.8 lbs
    July 8 - 153.4 lbs (my wt is fluctuating between 153 & 154)

    My LO is completing his 3 months today and mama has lost around 33-34 lbs (includes baby wt, water wt) so far in these 3 months
    :thumbsup. Looking forward for my next great achievement in this year.

    Hello ladies,
    sorry for the MIA act, have been super busy with work and classes. I have started being regular at the gym now and on tuesdays i do 40 mins of cardio intensified cario i do 20 mins on the epillictical trainer i choose from the program in the machine and so i am doing speed intervals for 20 ins and it burns my thighs as the speed keeps on changing. after i finish that i do 5 mins of the stepper which is tough and i can feel it on my thighs. then i do 20 mins bike but i ride not sitting but standing and it makes you work out more on your lower body.
    My trainer has started new works out with me which are tough but i am doing that and it feels good when i feel my body in pain.
    i will now be regular here. I am noticed that if i eat a heavy breakfast i am not hungry at lunch time so i just have cucumber and tomato salad and boiled green grams then at 5pm i am off to the gym, though i nibble on smarties or pieces of chocolate but i know i will reach my goal slowly.i am leaving for japan for 2weeks on a training program end august so hopefully when i come back i would have lost more weight.
    I will be here often for more updates.

    Hi Friends!

    I am back hope, its been a year i was here before:hide:....

    And i am maintaining my weight, I regularly do yoga, but wanna do some excercise to tone my thighs and abs...so started excercising by watching Jillian michaels in youtubekneesmiley. Today nearly 45 mins completed.
