Week By Week Changes To Lose Weight

    Now a days I am also very lazy...
    Will start with Ginger Juice and will be back to my routine from tomorrow.

    Today's Update
    Early morning -- Honey + warm water, 1 Banana
    Breakfast -- steamed puttu and Channa
    Lunch -- Chappathi and egg curry
    Dinner -- Yet to plan

    Hello all,

    My update for today!

    No workouts

    Morning had oats adai dosa
    Afternoon had palak paulo
    For dinner had ragi dosa

    Snacks
    Apple, banana, 3 sesame seeds urundai made by MIL.pineapple and milk without sugar.

    Had a cup of filter coffee with 1tsp sugar.

    Activities

    Floor sweeping of the home
    Cooked and washed dishes
    As i am little busy , can't spend time for workouts☹️

    Today weighed myself.
    15th dec2016 : 70.5
    30th Dec 2016 : 71
    9th jan 2017 : 70.7
    17th jan 2017 : 71.3

    23rd jan 2017 : 71.3 still same

    Come on all, update your weight here.

    @Madhumagie , a big thank you for the ginger juice.....been having since last 4 days.

    1st day I had.....I did not feel any effect whatsoever......so was debating weather to have next day or not.....
    2nd day...though I was unsure I had it...as it will not harm I told myself....by around 7 in the evening....I was peeing like crazy....I had not increased my water intake...and felt vey nice n fresh...
    From today I've added 2/3 leaves of tulsi while boiling the ginger......it really makes you feel light..

    I think you all so busy to come here!
    missing you all.

    Today completed Leslie sansone 1 mile express workout two times

    Feeling energetic and awesome when seeing the sweat on me!

    Food
    Morning : one banana, one carrot paratha
    Lunch : rice, dal, spinach poriyal and curd rice
    Dinner : yet to plan


    Activities so far

    Cooked and cleaned house
    Did 2 mile walk at home
    Washed dishes
    Helped my kid in his homework

    Looking for you all,

    Fighting with husband yaar ! :pensive: from four five days everything in a mess , will update once i put back my self to noramal routine .
