    We all wanna loose weight ..so here is list of foods..which can help u in burning fat...
    i am on weight loose mission..so just wanna share with you guys..

    Great list! How do you add banana in fat loosing fruit?
    Eventhough banana has 5 vitamins it increase the body weight or atleast it
    will not help to reduce the weight.
