Tips to weight reduction

    1.The first and foremost reason for weight increase might be age,social cause,stress,sickness.For age and health related weight better consult a doctor.When you are depressed you tend to take lots of junk food .Take tea with honey it reduces the thought.
    2..When you feel like having your favorite food,move away .Take a walk or simply rinse your mouth.You will not have that feeling.
    3.Have food on time.Never watch television or read a book when you have food.
    4.Do not use full fat milk or curd .Reduce ghee ,butter.Have not more than 20 to 25 gm of oil or ghee per day.
    5.Do not take in junk food in between meals.If you feel like having something then have green tomatoes.cucumber.
    6.As far as possible take steps,instead of using vehicles walk to places,it is a good exercise.
    7.You have to have will power.When you have decided not to eat a particular food never give in.
    8..Looking back at your old photographs might help you to go back to shape.
