    Hi abiyuva,
yery good tip...but if you don't want to keep in the fridge then you can lightly roast rava, dalia[broken wheat],oats and keep them for long withought any pests. And this will definitely save your cooking time too.

Actually, for exhaust fans u can try using amway zoom, (i'm no promoter for Amway), but it just makes oil watery and you can easily wipe off with a sponge. Or sometimes, if i dont get the product, i just use normal kerosene and dip the exhaust fan. I made sure that the exhaust fan is removed with the frame, and the wire can also be detached from it..

And regarding maintenance of gas stove, as Abiyuva said, its good that we wipe with soap water every day. I usually dismantle the gas stove and clean the rods with kerosene or normal coconut oil every month, to protect it from rust. Would take the entire burner rod separately, dip it in kerosene, wash it with soapy water and wipe it with a cloth. This would ensure hassle free maintenance of the gas stove and there is no replacement required for years. Your burners wont have a problem at all!!

    Hi brb_va,
I myself was using kerosene oil to clean the stove and other plastic items like exhaust fans, frames, buckets, bathroom stools, switches etc.

But nowadays it's difficult to get kerosene oil so either amway product or cif cleaning liquid is good.
