    Rather than thinking it as 7 days diet ... y dont you'll set your mind to 1 day at a time .... Today i be having only fruits .....

    its jus one day of Fruits ... we get so many variety of fruits ... think is as a chance to taste all fruits ... if you cant have single fruit at a time .... have it as a fruit salad

    My update for today is

    Current weight ----154.4 lbs

    9am ------45 min elliptical
    1pm ------ one glass of buttermilk
    5pm --------water melon few pieces
    8pm ------- one glass of buttermilk

    current weight............64.9 kg

    my yesterday routine is ....

    6am...............1 glass water with fenugreek seed
    7am ................tea
    7:15 am............ treadmil 1 hour
    11 am.............. milk cormflacks with banana
    4pm..............oats dosa
    5:30pm............oat dosa
    6:30 pm.........tea 4 marie biscuts

    2pm ------ chicken curry small bowl
    7pm ------- one mooli paratha with subzi
    Water 1 liter throughout the day

    7pm ------- one mooli paratha with subzi
