    Day 4 Jan-13 20min Yoga + 3mile LS walk
    Day 5 Jan-14 NONE(Festival holiday)
    Day 6 Jan-15 NONE



    Great Job rmpriya!!!!!Even in on festical you could do it.Awsome!!!!!

    My DD did not go to daycare yesterday . Did not find time for my workout :( . Consistency ku vantha Sodhanai :( .

    Please add me too.I want to loss 3.5kgs with in 3months and my present weight is 63.5kgs
    My workouts:(17th jan)
    50-bends,
    6 floors stairs climbing,
    2 miles walking on threadmill.

    I couldnt do yday bcos of holiday and was feeling so badd..15 day consistency and i cant even be consistent :-(
    already skipped 2 days...hopefully will continue and make up this week !!

    even for me the week ends are too tough.Because I will have too much of house work.Over the week end,I couldn't get any single minute especially with festival.Hopefully this week end I will try to focus on exercise too.

    Same with me . Feeling really bad . Missed the workout yesterday . Today also I missed . 4 more hrs left for the day .

    Hi rmpriya and friends,
    Count me in. Though I am late, atleast I am in.
    Back after a gap, being busy with exams, whole family down with illness..what not:(
    Congrats priya on your consistency and wait loss :thumbsup

    I started from last two days doing 2 miles.
    In the next 10 days I want to do 40 miles ie 4 miles a day.

    so 17th Jan
    2+2 miles; 12 sets of suryanamaskar
