    I added 20 jumping jacks at the end of each mile . : 4 miles + 80 jumping jacks today .

    rmpriya::Great work ,jumping jacks.Thanks for this thread.After my vacation,I am not able to come back to my exercise routine.This thread helping me to motivate.
    What would be your food routine????Please let me know.

    Priya , I am not that strict on my diet . I cheat a lot here and there . So I dont track it ;-) .I have reduced eating out , sweets and oil . But could not give up my tea . I take tea 5 to 6 times in day .

    Bfast : Idly(2.5) With sambar ,Chutney / Upma / Pongal
    Mid Morn : Tea / Fruit Bowl .[Mostly tea only]
    Lunch : Roti (3) With Curry
    Evening : Tea
    Dinner : Wheat Dosa With Sambar / Sometimes Oats With some Curry / Dosa with lentils .

    I have been following this for the past 7 months .

    Treadmill walk 2 miles

    Somehow was not motivated yday to complete BFBM. Need to push myself from Jan 12

    Even I am not pushing myself to do JM BFBM . Every day I plan to do JM BFFM (Full) ; But end up with Leslie walks (easy one ;-)

    rmpriya,

    you are good fit to me.I do drink tea :) and also I can't be strict on food and I have sugar cravings :-( and lot more other issues like thyroid.Good thing you are not touching rice and top of it you have very good results with whatever you are doing and that's most important.

    my first main focus will be doing exercise everyday(as much as I could).Food - I will take care to some extend but on sugar I loose control.This year(Whole year) my focus is to loose 10 pounds.Hopefully I would able to do it with help of you all .
