    breakfast - tea, boiled mixed lentils
    mid-morning- 1 pomegranate
    lunch - poha, 1 glass lassi (salted)
    had 5 glass hot water
    snack - 1 apricot, 1 pear
    - half glass mausami juice
    evening - tea , a handful of cheesy bites
    dinner - 1 stuffed parantha , sweet yogurt

    having 5 glass hot water,i was down by 300 gram than yesterday otherwise my weight is same when i enter the gym.these days i have hot water only on those days when i have not had much fruits,veg,liquids.this trick really works..!

    What is this poga? Your food choice is good. Where do you live? because, south indians do not make all these kind of food.

    im a north indian frm delhi.Poha is flattened rice flakes and its v light on the stomatch,easy to digest.i make it more often cos its v easy and fast to cook..hardly 15min.
    we usually cook veg in the morning and some other light stuff and daal in evening.although i eat whats right at a particular time...ive not totally shunned chapatis,paranthas but yes im trying to avoid as much as possible and including more of brown rice and daliya for carbs.since now i dont eat chapati,i can have other things that i love like strawberry yogurt,sweet lassi.

    im down today :( so just relaxed,didnt have much water and not going to workout atleast today.this is what i had so far :

    breakfast - mishti doi, strawberry yogurt (motherdairy)
    mid morning - half papaya ,mishti doi (oh i love it so much!)
    lunch - 1 pear, 1 bowl cornflakes
    6pm - had stuffed garlic bread, 1 pizza
    8pm - tea
    10pm - 1 piece pizza,1 cup maaza :d v happy

    breakfast - 1 handful of jaggery coated chana, brown rice , raw cabbage - half bowl
    mid- morning - sweet-corn soup , 1 pear , 1 sweet lassi
    lunch - handful of gehu wafers , brown rice-raita
    evening - tea,1 digestive biscuit
    - half mausami juice
    dinner - 1 cup boiled daal , horlicks lite
