    hi 1 droplove,

    how much weight did u loose in the last 7 days. I am very curious to know since today is my Day1. But since i cannot skip my tea, I am planning to include 2 cups of tea also in my diet.

    hi friends, i am new to your thread, but was continously in touch of your thread,i am starting this gm diet tomorrow. give best of luck to me.i have tried evythg,i am very particular in diet, i have a very good controlling power but still i am not able to loose, so thought y not to give a try to this. i want to loose 10 kgs.i am not over all over weight, only my tummy area which i cannot reduce may because of two c-sections.i think this diet will help me.

    hi raosh,
    i lost abt 1.5kg in 5 days....actually for the last 2 days i cheated a bit so now im working
    hard to lose a bit more.my size has reduced and i feel v active all the day. :)

    Thanks 1droplove. But after cheating in the last 2 days, did u gain back ur weight?

    no raosh...cos i realise the importance of eating fruits and veg vs normal diet.its seriously amazing,try doing for atleast 5 days,weigh yourself each day if u can and you will see the difference.

    Iam starting GM diet again from Monday - 9th July as i find it very healthy for the system.you keep hearing stuff that works for many ppl but when you actually do it with ''dedication'' and see the results,there is nothing more motivating in the world !

    So anyone wanna join me from monday?cmon, its only 7 days ppl....

    How are you maintaining 7day diet? Are you working? Are you not tired of just having fruits only for the whole day?
    Are you doing this in batches meaning, every alternate weeks?

    Hi Anitha,
    Iam not working now so its not so tough to be focussed on diet.since i work out at gym everyday for abt 1hr or so,i can maintain the weight.i will start again frm monday since the first time around i wasnt really strict,i only did good for 5 days.next time i want to be true to myself :)

    DAY - 1

    morning - 1 glass hot water, apple, 1 slice cantaloupe
    lunch - half papaya , apple
    evening - tea , 1 digestive biscuit
    dinner - 1 apple

    DAY - 2

    morning - tomato soup, half gobhi parantha (i knw i cheated but it was a v small one)
    lunch - sweet corn,gobhi veg
    evening - tomato soup , tea (half cup)
    dinner - half chapati, papaya , gobhi (a fistful)

    gym- 1 hr

    today i didnt have much liquid intake and however hard i try i get tempted to cheat.it gets tough to not have any carbs whole day.ill do better tomorrow.

    DAY - 3

    morning - 1 glass hot water , papaya , plum
    mid-morning - 1 glass hot water , half bowl raw cabbage
    lunch - 1 bowl knorr sweet corn veg soup , 1 pear
    snack - 3 plums pureed (it was v tough)
    - half cup tea, 1 digestive biscuit
    dinner - sweet corn soup- 1 big bowl, 1 cup plum juice , half cabbage stuffed chapati
