Suggest me some exercise to lose weight

    Dear Saranya,
    Exercise alone cannot help you loose weight. Exercise is 30% and diet is 70% in weight loss.
    You said you met with an accident...Can you so any exercises now?
    If so, you can do li'l walking. But frankly speaking walking doesn't help you loose a lot of weight.
    When you recover completely you can try aerobics which helps you burn lot of calories.
