    Would like to join here to daily log in my workout schedule.though my weight is ok i have loose mommy belly ,and also low stamina as i have not worked out since a long time.this time i will b starting with slow pace as i want this to be a life time habit .:)).
    today i did 1 mile with Leslie.

    hope this space gives the boost tht i require to maintain my workouts and also healthy eating.

    Did 30 Day shred Level 1 yesterday in the evening. I was so happy that i could complete it. I did it without weights.

    Morning did 3 miles and 300 Jump rope.

    For this month lost 1 kg. Though my plan was to lose 2 kg i have lost one.

    In between gained 1 and lost that.:bonk

    I am checking on my food in Weight loss before April thread and so far I lost 2 kgs by avoiding sweets, and having light dinner... I have started doing some work outs from today.. Now i weigh 134 pounds and hoping to reduce another 3 pounds before March and some inch losses also... :) I am very poor in doing workouts and I hope this thread will motivate me more to do workouts..!!

    As far as shaking weight is concerned, when I checked today, I was 114.8. I am assuming it is just 0.2 lbs lesser !! maybe i will check again after my P..With regards to inches, 0.5 inches lost..
    But this proves my first month weight loss was just due to water...and unless i come up with a proper diet exercise schedule, i dont think I am going to lose it...
    I hope March is the Month !!
