Yay JAG!! Happy for you. Way to go :) 10,00 steps last few days! yay again!
Of course I don't have to tell you - listen to your body and do only what works, a mantra I repeat to DS every single day....yoga helped me understand that!

Okay, this week has started on a slightly different note. Wanting to run yesterday I could not - the humidity and heat index were way too much and I felt it was not worth the headache I will have to deal with the rest of the day. So instead biked a little more than 4 miles with DD - relaxed biking later in the evening to a light drizzle and a rainbow. It was so much fun :) Of course the rain stopped as soon as we got in. Knowing storms were brewing, the goal was do 5 if we can or wind up at 3.5. All in all good!

    So Monday - spinning,
    Tuesday - biking and
    Wednesday spinning done.

Have been able to squeeze in 10 mins of yoga as well everyday - just something I have been trying to get back on!

DD has realized she loves biking with me - momma is slow, she gets to lead, take me on routes she is familiar! So we ended up doing a 5 miler today and I was beat. To give me credit, there were hills, a lot of them. You will believe me if you had heard DD brag about how she was quick on the hills and I had to get off my bike at one point. Truth!

Another rainy rainy day! Could not run but saw neighbor on her walk with an umbrella and decided to join her - a 3 mile walk it is and I am content that I did something!

Hours to days, days to weeks, and weeks to months...I am lamenting on my "non-movement":crybaby2::crybaby2:
Yesterday I told my husband that he is going to take responsibility seeing that I get my target steps everyday.
Then I gave myself this pep-talk, "don't wait till tomorrow what can be done today" So walked (without hubby telling me to - :)).

Here are my numbers for the past week, still dismal.

Summer has been fun but weight has gone up by a not insignificant number. Will have to put off calorie counting until I'm back in my own kitchen. Until then planning to work up to a regular exercise routine. Being continuously on the move makes it tricky so I'm keeping the requirements simple. Aiming for 20 minutes of something (walk/run/yoga) everyday. Ran 25 minutes yesterday.
