    I was running late yesterday (woke up late). So did not post.
    Here they are for the last two days.

    I have been running/walking in TM for 2Miles except 2 days. This week ate a lot though. Had 2 team lunches. Very hard to walk away from free food. I just can't :). Skipping the weighing process this week because I don't want to know the truth :p. Hopefully everyone is having a great week.

    Thanks to all you active ladies, managed to pull in a good week.

    From 12km I upped my distance to 16km. And yesterday, I rode 22km. Nudging closer to my target of 25 km. Despite the cute puppies and cuter kids on scooties darting around, I managed . And best part no aches today.

    Went hiking up a hill last Sunday so that added a lot of steps, so even though I didnt do 10K per day, have a good average. I have to put in more walk on the days I dont cycle. Fortunately for me I get a walk a lot on the way to work and back - benefits of not driving :)

    Hi All,

    Last weeks updates:

    Feb 19 - Body Step (1hr) and 8300 Steps on Fitbit
    Feb 20 - 3 miles LS walk and 8K Steps on Fitbit
    Feb 21 - 3 miles LS walk
    Feb 22 - 3 miles LS walk + 7 k steps on Fitbit
    Feb 23 - 30mins fitness blender total body strength training + 7 K steps on Fitbit
    Feb 24 - 60mins body pump in Gym and Lots of walking as we arranged a baby shower for one of our close friends in our home
    Feb 25 - Rest day + cleaning basement after Saturday's party

    This week will be quite productive with respect to activeness, as my husband is in town, I will be going to gym 6 days this week.

    My mid-week checkin:

    Feb 26 - Body step at Gym and 8K steps
    Feb 27- Body Pump at gym (strength training with lot of reps)
    Feb 28 - LS power walk at home

    No runs last week but I averaged around 8K steps every day, and did three sessions of yoga. Ran 2.1 miles today. It was freezing cold and windy. Happy I could make myself step out anyway.

    Wow!!
    The day i got in some 7,000 steps I think my phone celebrated....it kept flashing it as 'my highest' for the week!
