For those who live in Chicagoland, there is oldtownoil, olivetap stores. They also have online services. They sell good balsamic vinegar, and a variety of olive oils. I am not recommending these. There are plenty of such named stores in a variety of malls in canada and usa. Although bread is not exactly a low-glycemic index food for weight watchers, one or two small slices, with a couple of nice dipping oils, or vinegars , or homemade fusion versions of such things is good. Drink a glass of water for every slice of baguette. Home made dipping oils can be made by mixing store-bought indian pickles (mango-thȏkku, and gonkura pickles are my favorites for this) with EVOO. Imagine a rectangular white ceramic serving dish with a few dimples, each with a different coloured oil, with a sharp sediment in it. You are serving two or three very thin slices of baguette with it. And some aperitif.
