    not gonna try again in near future.. :)

    It is a good workout if I can get the form correct.. there r plenty of hand and shoulder movement which I cant risk now. But I think if one gets used to it, it should be a good enough routine..

    I am on it for 2 days.. will update if i can stick to it for 2 weeks or so..

    As generally I skip my dinner most of the time and finish my cals before that, i am not facing any big issue with IF..
