    Hi sabari,

    Good to see you here. There are many kinds of exercises to achieve this. You can check youtube for this. This is not an easy task esp for women after having kids. Im going to try various crunches on a daily basis and also the ab equipments in my gym.

    Happy New Year to all !!

    New Year started without any workout and I hope to compensate today. Managed to control eating the vadais I made too..each bite reminded me how much I need to workout to lose them..So ate in moderation :)

    My statistics as of today: Jan 2
    weighed early morning without any intake: 117.8 lbs
    height: 5'3"
    tummy : 36 inches
    waist: 37 inches

    Current goal: to lose atleast 2 inches by this month end (My daughter's bday party is coming this month end) or my current jeans to fit in comfortably without any pulling in. Planning to work on Jillians 30 day shred.

    End Goal: To fit in my skinny jeans by this year end and maintain it.

    After a 2-week vacation and staying lazy, i hit the gym today. Did elliptical 100 calories, rowing machine 50 calories, cycle 30 calories,seated leg press and some ab crunches. Feeling good. I shall slowly try to increase the intensity of my workout. Also drinking more water throughout the day.

    I just started 2012 workout today with 100 cal cycling (About 1 mile)
    Have my dance class today and Will do ABS in the evening

    I will measure and post my statistics tomorrow

    I am aiming at one size reduction in next two months. (??????)


    I read about one fun exercise for toning hips which is leap frog (The race we used to have in schools)
    Actualy it is 3 in 1 exercise along with hip it tones thighs and butt.
    Planning to include in my routine

    Zingy, even for me toda is the first workout day in 2012.
    Be regular with abs...almost everyday to reach our goal.
