If you eat poor food daily or near-daily, but train daily, you are just fighting so hard to stay in the same place. And the body is not a simple addition/subtraction machine. Eating poor food and over-stressing has other issues. So, find the right dosage of exercise. And stop yourself from taking a step back (eating pizza). Once you've stopped moving backwards, you can think of doing more to move forwards.
