Need a proper guide...

    Hi,

    I want to loose my weight. I used to visit this page and put some queries.
    I am 21 years old. My height is 153cm and my weight is 68Kg. My BMI say i am Obese.
    Recently i checked my hemoglobin level in blood, It was 60%. Now for that i am taking honey and dates.
    Now dear ILites please let me know how much i should reduce my weight to be healthy and look good?
    Can any one please show me a good diet chart and exercises, so that i can loose my weight in a proper way..

    Hi ami dear,

    Yea periods are regular... but my Bp,Blood sugar levels are low..
    Always feeling tired...

    now(from today) i have started taking two spoon of horse gram powder mixed with rice...

    Mng at 6am 1/2l warm water
    20min speed walk
    BF sched
    Mon-2 chapathi with chutney
    Tue-2 idly wiht oil
    wed-3 bread with channa
    thur- pongal+sambar
    friday- rice flakes upma
    sat- 2 dosa sambar
    sun -2 chapathi with dal

    Lunch - daily rice
    Eve - tea and snacks

    Again brisk walk for 20 mins at 6pm
    Supper-verity rice

    Dear Shinara,

    I think the culprit is that your having too much rice to protiens and veggies, please take a look at the weight loss buddy thread ( link in my signature) and can you log in what you ate like other members that way I can help you make exact changes.

    18kg is nothing if you put the effort you can do this :)

    Another ques is,Can i do exercises & yogas in period days?
