    Hi hope 26.thanks to you.i ve started doing squats.it really works.i do some work out for outer and inner thighs.since it's out of shape.
    Hi felonopsis,hru.even I don't get much time these days bcos my daughter is going to evening football.so I ve accommodate that time.i feel very very bad if I don't exercise.both kids are making me really busy.i ve not reduced much.
    My work out routine s treadmill , elliptical.
    Strength wise _ I do squats (50). lunches, side walking etc.20 minute I ll mix and match.
