    Hey Divya, after a break I wanna join here again. Hope you are doing good. I have just piled on more kgs and have to work hard to get back to shape. Will start from posting my updates tomorrow.

    Thanks Divs..I am going good too..do give me some company..I need motivation. Have a function coming up in couple of months and want to reduce few kgs before that.

    10/11
    3 cups water
    30 ml triphala juice
    1 cup milk
    2 dates, 1 almond
    1 dosa with 1 tsp coconut chutney
    Rice, moong dhal and radish kootu
    1 cup tea, 1 cup popcorn
    4 dosas with tomato gravy

    Exercise:
    25 mins LS walk
    30 mins physio

    Hi ladies,Count me in too pls.I have been trying to lose weight for such a long time now.Have been doing cardios and SNs on and off.Getting serious now.So starting today.
    Cross trainer: 15 mins

    Hi Ladies ,
    Glad to see you all back. From last 2-3 weeks I have in-cooperated exercise to my routine. 30 mins daily
    Starting weight - 86.4
    Current weight - 84.8
    1.4 kg for 1-1.5 month is so less. Still something is better than nothing right ?

    I see that this thread is not active. I am back after a long gap. I went for a vacation to India, had a great time and also gained a few more kilos due to all the pampering and great food. Now it is time for me to start losing it. Anyone joining me?

    Sure dear. Lets begin afresh this new year.
    I am right now 73 kgs. Gained a few kilos during my India vacation :)

    Jan 6:
    BF: White bread toast and coffee
    Lunch: Curd Rice, okra fry
    Snack: Apple, popcorn
    Dinner: Planning to make dosa

    No exercise due to special days of month.

    I am feeling very hungry these days after returning back from vacation. More so, the weather is very cold here and that too makes eat eat well.

    How r u? I am back again and in for round 2 of weight loss journey.. @68 kg now...targetting to reduce 1 to 1.5 kg a month...looks di:icult with my metabolism and laziness with sweet cravings..
    Let's see...
