Tuesday is quite noticeable for the repeat of sambar in all three meals. Is that the same sambar, or different kinds ? Over the last 50 odd years, our lifestyle had become somewhat posh, with more/better appliances, easier access to water/cooking gas, packaged /processed foods. Some of these have contributed to lengthening our lifespans so that we may also meetup with diseases of the older people, just like people in more advanced economies are able to. Isn't that a good thing?
