@Mehana this is what i mean by my water. i think detox also follows the same. but have been doing this for years now as i need to drink water.
i make them - there are variations in some posts in this thread.
this yellow one is mint,pomes and ginger
green one has ginger apple and a small pinch of cinnanmon.
barley, rasam( kandathippilli and pepper and jeera) for the cold nip here, mint and coriander thokku, brinjal sabji steamed beets and curd

planning to prepare neem flowers rasam this week
both recipes are given here in one of the pages @nandinimithun. i make lemon barley as in lemon rice, and many other baths. barley soups, barley dosa barley muffins we had such fun discussinf them here too

@ shanvy, those liquids so colouful. Do you add salt or sugar to it?
