    2/7: 3.5 miles
    3/7: 4 miles
    4/7: 5.5 miles
    5/7: 5 miles
    6/7: 3 miles
    7/7: 3 miles

    total 28 miles

    week 2:
    8/7 : 4 miles
    9/7: 4 miles
    10/7 : 5.5 miles
    11/7: 5.5 miles
    12/7: 6.5 miles
    13/7: 4 miles
    14/7:8 miles( 6 miles+ 2.5 miles)


    total miles 38 in week 2




    week 3:

    15/7: 3 mile outside walk
    16/7: 3 mile 2 mile spot jogging, 1 mike outside walk
    17/7:6.5 mile (3 mile ls, 1.5 mile outside walk) , 30 min shuttle
    18/7: 3.5 mile
    19/7: 5.5 mile
    20/7: 3 mile
    21/7: 6 mile

    Total miles in week 3: 30.5

    week 4:
    22/7: 6 miles
    23/7: 6 miles(3 mile ls, 2 mile spot jogging, 1 mile outside walk)
    24/7: 5 miles(3 mile LS, 2 mile outside walk)
    25/7: 3.5 miles (till now)

    total miles in week 4: 20.5

    July 2 = 3 miles (cardio)
    July 3 = 3 miles (Abs and core)
    July 4 = 3miles(cardio kickboxing)

    July 7 = 3 miles (Cardios)
    July 8 = 4 miles (3 miles strength training + 1 mile outdoors)
    July 9 = 4 miles (3 miles cardio+1 mile outdoors)

    I messed this months workout :( last week we went for short vacation after that I was kind feeling weak and have not focused. so will join you'll next month/week.
