Turmeric and ginger are anti-inflammatory.
I think there will be a reason why you have inflammation. Why are they not giving any reason for inflammation?
Take rest. Will patella femoral syndrome cause inflammation? Are your blood work (have you checked inflammatory markers like CRP, SED rate etc? what about Vita D, thyroid, creatine etc..) and other medical records OK ? Eat healthy foods especially omega 3 rich foods, drink lot of water. Going for a gluten free, diary free diet may help.
If you are in India, I think consulting an Ayurveda doctor may help. They have treatments like dhara, vasti etc to reduce inflammation.
I am in the US. I had my physical recently and the blood work is normal except vitamin D and iron. Taking supplements for those.
They say it cause some inflammation because of overuse. Don't know the exact reason though. They also say that anti inflammatory has to be taken continuously to see some effects. Here the doctors are looking only to reduce the symptoms which we have and not the underlying cause.
You will not believe me..I had some pain in shoulder , wrist and elbow. I know few Ortho will not look into the hands. So I went to a hand specialist and I told him about my pain. He said he treats only the Lower part of the hand and shoulder is not his area of expertise. He can see only wrist to elbow
area.my pain starts from shoulder and he didn't see that and diagnosed me something and referred me for EMG. I felt so crazy.again, I went to another doctor to check shoulder.
I am planning to try raw turmeric. Pasumanjal. Heard it's good for inflammation.
in rheumatology there are again several different sub types, to treat.
If pain is moving from one joint to another, RA factor should be tested, I think.
Anti-inflammatory diet, everybody's react differently, as it is immune system overreacting..
eat olive oil, avocado, all vegetables, whole grains, fruits, nuts, some nuts again are allergic for some people and have uncooked food as much as possible,
avoid non-veg, fried food, sugars, outside food (as oils and sauces they use can cause inflammation), only home made even for a snack, for 2-3 months, Along with doctor medicines
Yoga is also reduces inflammation, pls research more.
And try to find the health issue name, so that you can do research and take care of yourself.
as you said doctors have medicines to treat symptoms of a disease, it is not for taking care of whole body-mind health.

Inflammation in old people also causing pains, I think. I want to ask my mom to try this.
Please google medical medium celery juice. I buy organic celery, cut wash and grind in regular mixer and drink one glass every morning. Around 16 ounce. U can remove leaves if u don’t like taste. Leaves r very bitter. I saw difference after one week or less. I have been drinking last 3 years now. I had fibromyalgia and many other issues. It’s really miracle.
Indeed a miracle, so you don't need to take any more medicines for fibromyalgia? Completely cured? you follow any other diet restrictions?
I have autoimmune condition for 20+ years, I have to follow strict diet and medicines. I will definitely try this.
Yes I also have thyroid for almost 20 years. So much fatigue body pain and many more symptoms I suffered. I tried homeopathy physiotherapy yoga acupuncture what not. This one thing worked best. I replaced Indian chai with green tea. No sugar or milk in tea just 3 tea bags every morning with homemade healthy breakfast. I avoid dairy and eggs as per medical medium diet recommendations but not very strictly. Also eating more green leafy vegetables and salads.
My Endocronologist is very happy with my blood report so every year she is reducing my dose slowly. Hopefully I will get rid of thyroid medicine completely

So, you make the juice with only the stem? How many celery sticks do you take everyday? And where do you buy the organic celery?
I have never got celery before. Have to check in some farmers market.
Do you add any other herbal with celery? Like ginger/garlic? Only celery and water?
