    Diabetes Home Remedy: Soak mango leaves in a cup of water overnight. Squeeze and drain the leaves out in the morning & drink the water.
    Mango leaves are known to be an effective cure in diabetes, especially, controlling early diabetes. Another method is to dry the leaves and ground them to a powder. Mix the one tablespoon of the powder in a glass of water and drink it twice a day.

    At work, adjust your workstation & chair height so you can sit close to your desk. This will prevent you from bending forward over the desk.

    Neem tea is a good remedy for indigestion as it acts as a de-worming agent, helping get rid of intestinal worms.

    Squeezing a small ball is a very effective way to burn calories, work out your hands, strengthen your grip and relieve stress.
    You can use a squeeze ball while you are watching TV, talking on the phone or anytime you are dormant. It is best to get a ball (a rubber ball or a tennis ball) that fits fully into the palm of your hand. Hold a squeeze ball in your right hand. Squeeze the ball as hard as you can, and then relax your hand. Repeat the exercise 10 times. Now use your left hand to exercise.
    If you don't have a squeeze ball, just make and loosen a fist repetitively.
