    Day 1 went good.

    Starting weight: 72.6 kgs

    Bf: veggie omlette with 2 multi-grain toast and coffee
    MM- 1/2 banana
    lunch- 1 cup brown rice with spinach dal and curd with little potato curry
    Snacks- 1 cup popcorn and coffee
    Dinner- 2 ragi chapathi with spinach dal, 1/2 cup brown rice with rasam and curd

    Workout: 15mins walking, will increase time for workout.

    Hi all,

    Day 1 update

    breakfast->cornflakes with honey
    lunch->broken wheat upma
    snacks->two biscuits
    dinner->one small cup oats and watermelon.

    workout:will go for 1 hour aerobics class

    Morning - 5 badam , 1 banana
    Breakfast - 1 appam , white channa curry , 1 egg
    snack - cooked oats with fruits
    lunch - chappathi , chicken , salad
    snack - banana, apple
    dinner - 3 dosa , sambar , dal curry , kheer


    Walking 45 min

    guest at home ... too much temptation

    Lunch : Lemon Rice
    PM Snack : Apple
    Dinner: 2 dosas with onion chutney
    Workout: 45 mins of elliptical.

    Yesterday friends came from India and gave milk sweet. Was too tempted and tried a small piece tsk

    Amla + aloevera juice + water + green tea
    1 spinach sandwitch
    1 Glass Mausami Juice
    3 chapati + Karele + lauki ka raita
    1 cup tea
    3 chapati + torai ki sabji
    2 Ltr water
    30 min breathing exercise + 30 min walking
    30 min walking after dinner

    @everyone are doing really good and creative ... try to reduce white rice and swap them with brown rice when needed also if u r a dosai or idly eater try replacing white rice with oats and brown rice ... just my 2 cent ...

    Try to add atleast 30 mins workout

    Breakfast : Avocado+egg omlette X 2eggs +cappucino without any sugar
    Lunch : 1/2 chicken Grilled + green salads
    Dinner : 1/2 baked roti+brain fry+mutton gravy

    Workout : 1 hr power walking

    I would like to join too, starting 8/5 as day 1

    1. No
    starvation diets
    2. Add atleast 15-20 gms protein in each of your meal
    3. Keep low [COLOR=#009900 !important]carbs[/COLOR]
    4. Do healthy swaps every week (for example : instead of spread use avocado , [COLOR=#009900 !important]lollies[/COLOR] use fruit kebabs )
    5. Drink atleast 2-3 [COLOR=#009900 !important]litre[/COLOR] water
    6. 30-45 mins exercise
    7. Rest 8 hrs
    8. Choose one day or half day fasting
