    go for exercises that do not put so much strain on your legs, and knees. go for interval walks and make it brisk too.. say 10-15 minutes duration of 3/4 timess a day instead of 30 minutes at one go..

    and wear proper shoes, and also check for how you walk..stretch and cool down religiously..stretching well will relieve half the pain.. soaking in hot water to which epsom salt or rock salt is added will also relieve the pain..

    Thank you.
    Yesterday tried walk. I walked slowly also achieve 1120 steps.
    Today, My leg is swelling today.
    Still, I'm trying to walk slowly and steadily.

    I wanted to appreciate your guts.hats off to you.
    My opinion s reducing 5 kg everything month s really difficult and don't pressurise yourself.have realistic goals.in a weight loss journey you will hit plateu.so be prepared.dont get frustrated
    U have achieved a great number with in 2 months please continue your heathy life style.thats awesome.
    If you have pain in walking you have other options like floor exercise for your abdomen etc.consult a doctor and physiotherapists and design the exercises.
    Detox drinks also will help
    Diet and exercise are like 2 eyes which will reduce weight and help you to maintain it.this s my suggestion.thanku

    you are following a very wrong process. omg. my 2 cents.

    focus on becoming strong not becoming thin.
    almost no protein in your diet.

    pain is not a gift. it means either you are doing exercises incorrectly or are not resting well enough. GOTO a doctor.

    It shocks when women focus only on weight , lot of girls in my focus like that and spoil their health.
