    BW (around ur belly) :88cm
    WW( around the hip - widest measurement ) : 96cm
    Height : 159cm

    Exercise Challenge 1 : 2 rounds of lucy workout
    food challenge 1 : had pumpkin tomato soup as lunch
    Motivation challenge 1 : Keep going and move forward

    In addition to above,following below as well

    I restricted sugar intake,limited to 1 spoon sugar in tea/coffee once or twice in a day
    No Rice in dinner

    Hi,

    i had health problems and due to sheer lack of motivation, i am currently heaviest weight in my lifetime.i have become an emotional eater. I hope to become healthy by joining here and updating daily.

    Current Weight : 82.4 Kg
    Dec goal weight: 76.5 Kg
    Exercise Challenge 1 : 10 mins walk + lucy beginner 15 mins
    Food challenge 1 : soup 3 times in a week + no rice @ dinner + pulses 3 times in a week
    Motivation challenge 1 : The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones - confucius

    i am also planning to have cheat days since i am starting the health regime after many years.

    hi Girls
    Am also in. Starting weight - 74 kg :crybaby2:
    Goal weight - 60 kg (seems impossible at this stage, but I need to)
    Main culprit - My eating habits, evening snacks times in office, munching on leftover from daughters plate so as not to waste food, junk food cravings and the list goes on.
    I will not be able to follow the soup part, but will try to minimize my calorie intake.

    Count me in.

    Morning : Jeera water and apple
    Lunch : Rajma chawal
    Evening : Veg uttappam
    Night: Tomato Rasam
    Couldn’t exercise as I was little busy :confounded:
    But yippee reduced 0.5 kg after long time :cheer:
    Now it’s 76.5kgs

    Nov 2nd and 3rd updates

    Exercise challenge 1: 50 mins walk
    Food Challenge: Veg sweet corn soup/Mushroom soup (home made only) in dinner

    I did not had rice/roti on both the days..

    Nov 4th: cheat day
    Exercise challenge 1: 48 mins walk
    Had junk watching TV in the evening..

    Saturday and Sunday was completely out of control for me, with guest party etc. :BangHead:
    Best thing did 30 minutes zumba yesterday.
    Not able to control my hunger. Any tips girls? I feel extremely hungry and not able to reduce my intake also. Help please...:scream:
