    anitha and others,

    Iam mildly hyperthyroid.. so because of thyroid issues, it is difficult for me to reduce wt.

    but iam going to try very very hard until i reach my goal.

    Anitha this is some thing like my daily routine iam kind of surprise..me n my Dh joined the gym at the same time n we do almost same exercise he lost 15 pound i dont even loss a pound kind of shocked..dont understand whats wrong with me..most of the time what happen only my face squeeze so people think that i lost weight but didnt from last two year my size is same wondering how people loose weight..well iam doing the same thing..so kind of pissed off..

    well i havent set any goal for this week 1-2 pound is ok ...i will be happy even if i loose half pound..:)

    Hi Pinki, Mehana, Vanitha, rmprIYA, Other Ladies,
    My today's updates:
    bf - 1 bowl of honey bunch of oats(with nuts/almonds)
    10am - cantaloupe, red grapes
    lunch - 2 roti with dhal cabbage mixed, 1 boiled egg(white)
    dinner - MIL prepared spicy tasty tomato dosa's.. Couldn't resist..:rotfl
    Junk - 1 small Switzerland chocolate

    Ex:
    45mins tread mill - burnt 350 calories
    at home, did modern mom hip/air cycling ex.

    My son & hubby both got cold/cough/fever and not leaving me to step out to gym. Today, somehow I went.. Since long weekend did not visit gym. So, went today. Tomorrow & day after I doubt going to gym.. If I go, i will update here..

    today routine

    warm water with honey lemon
    bread omelete for bkfst

    had 4 mutton peace :bonk one gobi paratha for lunch

    coffee at 3 and 4 parle g biscute
    tea at 6

    mixed veg and daal for dinner.. :)

    no gym..:(:bowdown

    What did you have for your dinner? Roti with dhal?
    Its ok if you didn't do ex for a day.
    4 days a week try to ex.

    Thanks Anita.. usually i dont eat much but when ever i think of weight i start eating more :rotfl thats what happen yesterday..yea just roti n daal for my dinner...some where i read eat light dinner it will help u to loose weight so iam trying that...

    what about u did u set any goal for this week..

    My periods are due, so am not forcing myself to heavy workouts or anything. Just trying to burn 350 calories at the max daily. 4 days did not go to gym due to long weekend. Yesterday only I went.. I will try to maintain my wt for 1-2weeks then aim to lose 1-2lbs. Let's see. It all depends upon my periods.

    My updates for today
    Start mrng with warm water honey n lemon
    Then had toast in bkfst
    Kellogs for lunch n had a cup of chole..
    Almond Milk at 3...
    Tea with parole g biscuit at 5..
    Dinner will be idli n sambar..

    Exercise
    Mrng walk for 20 min
    Treadmill 30 min..
    Cycling 15 min..

    Hope to see my weight in 140s line...
