Eight Rule Diet - Sep to Dec -- New Body to Welcome New Year 2016 YIPEEEE!!!!

    Please count me in too. I want to knock off at least 10kgs to look fit. I will fast on Thursdays. I cannot be without anything the whole day. But I will stick to salads and soups for lunch and dinner. Will that work ?
    I will update my progress on a weekly basis and on days that I screw UP !! (as a punishment) :)

    Hi blessbabydust. Please Count me in in this challenge. Need to lose 8 kgs by nov ending as there is a wedding to attend where i want to look fabulous. Hope to lose atleast 5 kgs by then

    Vanivyas there is no need of anything special ingredient but throw all your special ingredients like butter,mayo,salad dressings,sauces ,paste etc etc into bin ....

    Clean diet is to teach our body how to eat healthily and change our lifestyle without changing you cannot see changes in you ....

    Main ingredients of this diet would be as follows :

    > Less white rice intake and more brown rice intake
    > Less white starch like bread/cakes etc etc instead eat gluten free
    > Drink milk (calcium ) as this will help your metabolism ..
    > Fat is not our enemy or friend so just intake in moderation .
    > No fried items instead try baked/smoked/pan fried /boiled /sauted use less oil in cooking
    > Have a solid ( Brain) breakfast like good amount of protein +carbs+fiber for example :
    --- 2 boiled egg on a slice of bread with spinach and lettuce add salt and pepper and light garlic mayo (Perfecto breakfast )
    or
    --- Banana (potassium)+milk(calcium)+ blueberry(fibre)+chia seeds (protein) +honey (for sweet tooth but try to avoid as much as u can ) for a shake

    > Have heartful lunch with good source of fibre + protein + low carbs for example
    ---> fistful of brown/white rice + Indian tandoori chicken (hand size)+a bowl full (side bowl ) of salad or veggies curry
    > Have a fistful dinner with light source of protein +fibre and avoid carbs for example:
    ---> Pepper soup(rasam)+ chicken or egg or chickpea salad or mung dal salad or protein adai .
    ----> One multigrain dosai +peanut chutney no tadka

    > Exercise : if you want to lose weight then exercise daily no rest day during womens time try doing yoga or pilates other times incorporate Walking (atleast 30 mins ) ,running or cardio ... for example routines :

    > Monday : Walking - 30 mins
    > Tuesday - Cardio - 20 mins
    > Wednesday - Pilates - 20 mins (toning )
    > Thursday - Cardio -20 mins
    > friday - Walking - 30 mins
    > Sat - Zumba /dancing - 20 mins (toning)
    > Sun - Cardio - 20 mins

    Try the above listed rule you will definetly lose and tone at that the same time ...

    If you lose only the weight thru diet and not exercising you will have lose baggage or sagging skin this will be again ugly looking so incorporate both ...

    Rule :

    > Brain Breakfast
    > Hearty Lunch
    > Fist dinner

    In this you will see why i call these with their name each carries their function as breakfast is a brain food ; lunch is for heart function and dinner is your relaxing nerves which is in your palm ie for your liver and intestine functions

    7 almonds
    1 cup papaya
    1 glass mausambi + pomegranate juice
    kadi rice chapati
    2 chapati + torai ki sabji

    30 min walk in morning
    30 min walk in the night after dinner
    kapalbhati 26 min
    anulom vilom 200 times
