Thank You, I got inspired by many people I met a woman in keto forum she is fighting with several health issues like BP, Sugar etc She adopted keto for a few months and make it lifestyle she is completely different now she lost nearly 70kgs in one and a half years and I interacted with a guy who is living in the USA he is in keto since 8 Years. I started in Dec 2018 and Ended on Feb 15, I have cheat days because of festivals but I use to be on track. Its been two and a half months I am out of Keto I only increased 1.2kg I am eating everything but I adopted Intermittent Fasting. I will start my keto again for my next target 15kgs. Initial days it will be a bit difficult because we never ride on that road once you get used to it you will enjoy the journey. Never focus on Number just enjoy eating and the journey.
I am following this video. Started just few days back. For diet I just try to eat as much as require and stay active. If we avoid overeating and high calorie food and stay active then we can reduce weight. And also burn more than you eat. Calories intake should be less than calories burn. Otherwise you will never be able to lose. I know a lady who eat lots of chocolates and sweets the whole day but she is still very fit as she is a dance teacher and do that for long hours. Summer time is very useful to reduce as you sweat easily and as much as you sweat you will lose. Just work harder.
I like you dedication towards achieving your goal. keep rocking.
