Today 5 miles walking and 30 mins cardio
Need to be strict on intake of nutritious food
Yeah . Try to follow the healthy food intake everyday.
I am focusing everyday on the food and avoiding junk and sugar.
Today 30 mins cardio and 3 miles walking
