6 miles walking
Due to some other works not went to walking since 4 days.. yes guilt, but reasons are pretty reasonable
Today 5 miles
Today 4 miles.
I also want to start my walking rountine from this month. planning to do leslie sansone 3 miles every day atleast 5 days a week.
Is there any seperate thread just for febraury to track miles and diet or we have to update in this thread every month..

I am doing Leslie sansone everyday. Since it's winter time, I can't go for walk outside. I am updating my routines here. We have other few members who are updating in this thread. You can check this forum if there is any specific thread for Feb. You can update here too. We all motivate each other and reach our goals.
Today 4 miles
Today: 5 miles walking and 20mins cardio.
Today 5 miles and 30 mins cardio.
