    hey girls, i ditched the scales.. but not my walking. have been doing it . and today just like that picked up a top that was 7 years old, and fit into it..so something has been consistent thought my scales say differently.. maintaining with a you you on a inch here or there is permissible at my age and health issues.. let us stay focussed on health and fitness...

    With so and so excuses wasn't done my walking regularly. Yesterday badminton with my boy pacified my guilt little..

    Winter literally no walking, also food not too much portioncontrol. Feel more hungry coz of cold.

    I am just walking inside the house because of he cold weather. Somehow forgot to update it here. I am doing the Leslie walking routine now.
