    Today I walked 20 minutes.
    2120 steps..I'm not covered 1 mile.
    Past one week I'm not walk properly.
    Let's see on tmw...

    Water 2.5 litres.
    No junk foods

    Plan to walk 30mins morning and 30mins evening to start with.

    Also include lots of Spinach (Soppu or keerai) sundals and sprouts

    After menstruation cycle.. Having severe back pain. So walking is slow..
    Soon start to walk morning and evening.

    Had lot of work went out...
    Today my steps 3092.
    No walking..
    Just wander here and there...

    No junk foods
    Loads of water.

    I started using pacer.. it's better than google fit app..
    Today
    5300 steps in 1 hr 15 min

    Today 6000 steps. Not in a fixed time. Went for shopping and total steps from morning.
