    Hi I m Mona,
    I want to loose weight bez I mn diabetic. I m 84 Kilo...at the moment. I want to loose 17 Kilo. My first move is I sarted walking everyday 50 minutes. I want to be aimed this time. If you know more about diabeities, which indian food I should not eat pls tell me. thx in advance.

    Intense. But the bursa jerks and gives a lot of problem added have some issues with my earlier sutures. So taking it very slow. Shows on the figure:p(if i had one)
