Don’t worry about weight gain, it happens. Take baby steps, build confidence & plan for small goals for a day, for a week like that... you can do it.
Welcome back dear. You were always champion in terms of weight loss & healthy diet. I am a foodie & always wonder how you guys eat so perfect.

10.30 am - ACV with warm water
12.00 pm - 2 Chapathis with ghee roasted paneer and small cup of yogurt
3 pm - coffee
5pm - 2 ragi dosa with peanut powder and ghee

ACV means? Great to see your routines
Yesterday & today I couldn’t do any exercise, food wise I am doing Ok ok...
My little one had adenoid surgery & she is recovering now, was busy with that...
Ohh, take care your LO Buds, hope she recovers soon..
ACV is Apple cider Vinegar, there are lots of benefits with it..
Early Morning : Cinnamon honey water
Breakfast : Poha with youghrt + Tea
Mid Morning : 1 coffee
Lunch : 2 paratha + cauliflower potato subji + pickle
Afternoon : 1 tea
Dinner : vegetable lentil soup + 2 bread
exercise : 1 hour walk outside + day 9 abs

Breakfast - 1 boiled egg, 1 plain omelette (made out of 2 eggs)
Morng snack - soaked almonds
Lunch - 1/2 bowl hand pound rice with plain dhal, rasam & veggie with a small size Greek yogurt
Eve - 1 orange & 1 small banana
Dinner - Foxtail millet vermicelli (yummy) with coconut chutney and 2 small idly
Grapes - few
Zumba- 60 mins (today’s class was overflowing looks like everyone took new year resolution to lose wt). I really enjoyed my group class today
