Buddy required for weight loss by April 2012

    1/1 Diet:
    Morn: Bread 2 slices, strawberries, 1 glass milk
    Lunch: Sambar rice 1 cup, veggies
    Eve: 2-3 vadais
    Night: 1/2 cup Payasam

    No workout...

    My statistics as of today: Jan 2
    weighed early morning without any intake: 117.8 lbs
    height: 5'3"
    tummy : 36 inches
    waist: 37 inches

    Diet:
    Morn: 2 idlis, 1 vada, 1 cup coffee
    Mid morn: Strawberries, lil nuts
    Lunch: salad, 3 slices bread
    Eve: 1 cheese stick
    Night: Cabbage soup, 1 Kellogs bar, 1 cup milk
    Jillians 30 day shred Level 1 with weights

    My food intake for 3rd Jan 2012:-
    Morning :- Veggies soup + plums
    Afternoon - Cabbage soup+apples+orange+plum
    dinner - half lebanese roti + baked chicken curry
    Exercise :- 1 hr workout ( 40 mins brisk walking and 20 mins abs exercise )
    waist - 36 inch (planned to reduce 2 inch this month) My target is 28 inch by April 2012

    your statistics are really motivating...28 inches? i havent even dreamt abt it..all i want is my tummy to be concealed and not bulge out..keep up the good work and am sure u'll achieve it..

    Hi Ladies,

    I want to join you ppl. I am working woman. I want to lose atleast 10 kg by apr.

    My normal food intake is
    7 am: Milk
    8 am: 2 idly/dosa/chappathi
    10 am: tea
    1 pm: 1 bowl rice
    4 pm: tea
    6 pm: any fruit
    8 pm: dinner(same as breakfast)

    30 min of walking

    I am not losing any weight. Please suggest me some diet and exercise routine.

    Thank-you for the encouragement, yeah i've been working the last few days and i have to stand for 8 hours so i come home dead, i have a day off tommorow so will definitely exercise.

    Hello All,

    Count me in also...I am 5-5 in height and my weight is around 66 kgs. I want to loose 7 kgs. My daily diet ( this includes junk also :hide:)
    - Morning between (5-6) - 1 glass of Warm water
    - at 6:40 - 1 big mug of milk + 4 biscuits
    -at 8:15 around - 1 aloo toast
    - near 11:00 - 1 cup of tea
    - at 1:00 lunch - 3 chapaatis + sabzi
    - at 4:00 - tea
    - at 8:00 - dinner (2 chapaati with ghee + dal+salad)
    - sweets
    - no exercise + no walk :( ( i am feeling bad now)
    that's it.. I am eating lodz of sweets nowadays...I keep drinking warm water in office ( apprx. 2 lts. everyday)

    I want to stop eating sweets but can not do it ..whenever I see sweets..i just give up and start eating...:drowning

    Thanks all, I hope I would start today to control myself...will keep you updated with my stats...
