    12/31 Diet:
    Morn: 1 adai , sambar, milk
    Lunch : salad, 2 bread slices ,2tbsp curd
    Eve: Coffee
    After workout: 1 Banana, 1 egg white
    Dinner: 3/4 cup Mushroom curry with curd
    workout: Jillians 30 day shred Level 1 w/o weights

    Hey people..

    I too want to join...I am 5 feet and my weight is between 63 to 64 kgs..I have no disciplin and have a habit to overeat..I want to reach 50 kgs..I will update my exact weight tomorrow morning...

    I will update my diet and exercise daily...Would look forward to your support woonderful people..I want to be a controlled eater...quit emotional eating completely..I want to achieve my target by 31st March...Reduce 12 kgs in 3 months..All the best everyone...

    Hey ruby..

    I liked your suggestion about starting a new thread of 2012.. Great job..
    So when should we start posting in the new thread..

    Guys, I have joined yesterday night but that time I dint have my exact weight..
    Checked it today morning..My weight is 63.5 kgs and want to reach 50 kgs by 31st march..

    I will update my exercise and diet tonight before i go to sleep..Just one thing want to share..Yesterday, I ad planned tat today morning I will do exercise and as always I couldnt get up and now leaving for work..I dont know why I do this..In evening, I have even planned for 30 mts brisk walking...Will do it for sure..

    Iam sailed in the same boat like you but for inspiration i stuck shilpa shetty's picture in my bedroom i see her everyday and say in my mind everyday i want to lose a 3 kg in a month .... and you know i started my journey in August 2011 with 67 -68kg now iam only 59.5kg up today .... i need to loose another 9.5kg to reach my goal of 49-50kg ... bcoz my ideal weight is that .... so record your food and may guilt note next to the food you are eating then you will obviously lose weight .... no crash diet only nutritional diet and exercise ...

    1st Jan 2012 :-
    Morning :- 2 idly with chicken curry
    Afternoon :- burger chicken + 20gms of fried chips + orange juice ( naughty me )
    Dinner :- Lamb briyani two cup
    Excercise :- 1hrs sea swimming totally burned out

    2nd Jan 2012:-
    Morning :- Oats soup
    Afternoon :- Orange Juice + 1/2 cup of rice + egg balls (2 piece ) + curry
    snacks :- Corn (steamed ) 1/2 cup
    Dinner :- Nothing but had herbal tea and 4 prunes
    exercise :- 30mins walking
