Buddy required for weight loss by April 2012

    HI BLESSYBABYDUST,aaral,sabita,sansona


    I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN THE GROUP.i have 22kg to lose..i am 82 kgs as on now ..i gained 20 kgs during my pregnancy..
    is this challenge by the end of april or 1st of april?just to calculate how many months for target.
    u usually login to IL sometimes and set target to lose weight atlast failed to follow due o busy schedule with my 2 year old daughter.
    from tomorrow ,i will be determined..

    my plan is:

    1)morning honey with lemon with hot water.
    2)drink 4 litres of water daily(.2 litres hot water).
    3) do walking for one hour.
    4)10 mins abs workout.
    no carbs for dinner.taht too have before 7:00 Pm.

    i need all ur support.i will update my daily food intake.keep going .lets see.

    My weight in the morning-63.4kgs,
    Today my diet and exercise
    morning-30mins,
    breakfast-lowfat milk with samiya,
    greentea,
    a small cup of rice with vegetable,onion raita ,
    30mins walk around 3.00pm,
    a small piece of dark chocolate,
    dinner also a small cup of rice(tempted due to curries),dal with methi leaves,brinjal curry before 7.30,
    30 mins just a walk with low speed.

    My food diary for 21/12/2011
    Drink : Lemon +honey+ginger juice
    morning : Rice kanji and two grilled fish (small fish )
    Snack :-rice salad
    Lunch :- Naughty me going for xmas lunch so dont know
    snack :- Orange
    Dinner :- pineapple salad and grilled fish

    My food diary for 22/12 2011
    Breakfast :- Briyani (naughty me )
    Afternoon :- Rice kanji and grilled chicken ( 4 piece ) medium sized
    Snack :- one rafello chocolate
    dinner :- Vegetable soup or cabbage soup
    excercise :- increased from 30 mins to 40 mins

    divyaa darling I too have 13 months old baby just engage the baby
    few excercise i do with my son :-
    1. 20 mins dancing- make a point to sweat within this time
    2. 10 mins jumping
    3. Abs excercise with your child on ur tummy to give more strength and more effective

    I would like to join you . I also want to lose 10 kg . I had lost 10 kg . Before my weight is 75.5 kgs and now I am 65.5 kgs. From 4-5 months I stuck with my weight . Now I want to start my weight loss journey again with you.

    Me too join with u guys... i am 28 yrs.. i am 68 kg.. i have to lose 10 kgs... i am very lazy to do workouts... lets see.. but am motivated by you all guys... thanks guys... i log my diet tomarrow..:)

    23rd Dec 2011:-
    Morning :- Lemon+honey+ginger water
    Afternoon:- thai chicken rice + coconut water
    dinner :- Fruit juice
    exercise :- 45 mins

    Morning :- Fruit juice (carrot,apple+ginger)
    Afternoon:- rice + lamb curry +chicken (2 pieces) + fish tikka ( its a feast lunch)
    Dinner :- lemon rice
