    @sravanitenali thanks for the tag. I am not allowed to even walk long or fast. Kind of makes it hard to maintain my weight. But I try.

    What can I tell you. The second time round the weight or inches take a little longer the bounce back a little harder. Remember we are not Karishma or Kareena. You are regular mom who has to juggle a lot and are way better conscious about her health and fitness. So give yourself a pat and stop being too hard yourself.

    The other day I was watching a old Radha movie and was telling my husband that she was the heart throb of many then for her figure(curvy) and now the same lady would be called fat. With times the size has taken a new definition.

    Work on your strength and core muscles. Eat healthy and think healthy.

    And I am sure you will reach your goal.,keep moving girl and do celebrate every non scale victory. You did it before and you can do it now and on your own terms and speed.

    Jan 31 st- 124.8 pounds

    I wasted 1 month.
    Still fighting with PMS ...
    Reached 122.8 in between, back to 124 ish...
    Gud luck to me in Feb.

    I am burning calories but not able to contain the sweets. To a good extent I have reduced, but I am snacking on one or two mini reeses. Yesterday I ate a puranpoli (a small one) since I was feeling hungry even after having dinner. I ate a carrot later to stave off the hunger. How can I stop the emotional eating?
