I just want to say how my cravings are controlled after starting to workout twice a day. Today my lunch went bad and I couldn't eat. My colleague got dokhla and I took 3 pieces and my stomach was satisfied. I remember my past where I used to eat rounds and rounds of sambar rasam and curd rice and still have place for dessert. I'm just amazed at my body's transition.! Icing on the cake - the colleague also bought sweets but I was not even remotely tempted to touch even one. I love the new me!!!
