Buddies Required!!! Lose A Kg A Month- 2017

    I just want to say how my cravings are controlled after starting to workout twice a day.

    Today my lunch went bad and I couldn't eat. My colleague got dokhla and I took 3 pieces and my stomach was satisfied. I remember my past where I used to eat rounds and rounds of sambar rasam and curd rice and still have place for dessert. I'm just amazed at my body's transition.!

    Icing on the cake - the colleague also bought sweets but I was not even remotely tempted to touch even one. I love the new me!!!

    Today's schedule:
    10 min workout morning
    1 hr walking evening

    bf - pongal and sambar
    lunch - 3 dhokla
    evening - almonds and dates, grapes
    dinner - khichdi and greens, curd (rice quantity is more but i was hungry after walking)

    Today's update:

    Lemon juice to start the day
    Ragi Dosa (Mix Ragi Flour in normal dosa Maavu, but keep the ragi content more) + Malli chutney for breakfast
    Lunch - Sauteed mix vegetables, sambar and rice
    Snacks - 1 apple, 1/2 mid morning, 1/2 evening
    Dinner - Brown Bread Sandwich with a lot of veggies and egg

    I read about wholesome diet in a book, it says always have a complete meal with right quantities of each thing that way your body will not crave for more and mentally your body will increase the slimming process. So, I plan to try and see :)

    But, PCOS is a very bad and uncomfortable condition, I see changes in inches with this diet but no change in my weight.

    Today was not a good day.
    Only 15 min morning workout
    bf - 2 dosa veggies
    lunch - almonds and dates
    eve - 5 idlis with sambar
    dinner - sambar rice x2 and curd rice with 2 papad.

    bad.. bad.. lunch got messed up and it was a downward spiral.. hope to get back on track tomorrow.

    Diary does!! So eliminate diary completely.. Curd somehow is ok to consume since the live bacteria in curd is very helpful

    Oh god bad day again

    No workouts

    Bf - 5 idlis sambar
    Lunch - rice sambar
    Eve - nuts
    Night - 5 dosai

    The food portions were really high and I also had some pretzel mix which is totally no no. So not good..

    Thank you so much for this information. I could cut out on diary except curd.

    Today's update:

    Breakfast - 2 egg whites and a glass of orange juice
    Mid morning - 1/2 apple
    Lunch - Upma
    Evening - Banana (Small, more of water based) and 1/2 apple
    Dinner - brown bread sandwich and vegetable soup

    weekends were bad days too :(
    no workout I didn't even keep track of what I ate.
    Today also no workout in the AM.

    Hoping to get back on track - perhaps tomorrow..
    (damage done for today - ate 2 sweets already)
