2.5 inches lost this month
You are doing very well-2.5 inch loss in a month is really good..
I have gained all my weight and now i am @ 69.5 kgs -at my maximum weight.
Now i have to take this seriously and start looking at weight reduction..Started cleaning my diet and including some workouts.. Lets see how fast or how late i can look at lesser numbers in scale
I want to give myself 100 days - Lets see what 100 days of effort brings for me
8th June - D1 (69.5kg)
Tea + 4 almonds
2 roti+ mixed rice+mixveg sabji+soup+buttermilk
tea + few Almond
1 roti + chana
30 mins workout
9th June - D2
Tea + few almonds
1 roti paneer roll
1 roti+ sambar
30 mins workout
Last 3 days were not my diet days..
12th June- D5
Puffed rice with Milk and banana
rice + dal+ bhindi fry + raita
tea+ few almonds + dates
1 home made parotha + jam
Friends, keep going...we are getting ready for vacation. Will be back after that in couple of months...Until then, keep up healthy eating and happy exercises...
I also would like to join this accountability group. I'm 185 lbs and ultimate goal is 150lbs but would like to take it slow. I'm also dealing with lot of health issues. I hope I will cut processed food and not overeat. My goal for july is 182 lbs.
No exercise today. Food today:
Bf : 3 kambu idly with mint chutney
Lunch: rice quinoa with sambar beans n greens
Dinner : 2 kambu idli with beans
1 mango 1 Frozen amla
Bf 3 dosai sambar
Lunch sambar rice keerai and Chana
Evening few almonds 4 dates 2 handful peanuts amla
Dinner - 3 idlis some sambar rice and curd rice pickle,potatoes chutney and beerakay curry half mango and 2 cereal bar
I'm unable to control my dinner portions and home and they are always more.. I ate dinner like a demon today I make all resolutions in morning but the moment I come home from work stressed and frustrated it's all gone and I gorge food. Hope I learn something about self control from this group. Thank you
