    Hi Gals,
    How are you all doing?
    I am totally off track - Last few months lot of travel. So weight is going northwards and No motivation at all for doing anything..
    So thought to gain some motivation by going through this thread - and really it works...
    From tomorrow at least i will try a clean eating..

    Todays update

    BF-2 idli with chutney
    Snack-1 cup coffee+1 apple
    Lunch-2 chapati+beef(1 spoon)+garlic paste
    Dinner-most probably from outside after church...
    Today no work outs

    Tomorrow May 1st...Lets all try for a better weight loss coming month

    May 1st- Mon- 20 min yoga including 10 sets SN (mor), 35 mins HAS fit total body strength training.

    It was a killer, but still I did nt sweat much as the coach did! Just felt slightly wet with my clothes.

    Diet was good.

    May 4 th- thu-1 hr outdoor walk
    May 5 th-fri- 15 min spine/leg rehab exercises, 20 min strength training.
    May 6th-sat- 1 hr nature walk
    May 7 th- sun- Just casual walk at the park. Rest day.



    May 8th- mon- 30 min total body strength training- fitnessblender,20 min HASfit ab workout.
    May 9th- tue- 30 mins indoor walk
    May 10,11,12 – rest day – emergency at home.
    May 13th-sat- 40 mins fitness blender total body strength training, 20 mins abs.
    May 14th – sun- 20 mins fitness blender HIIT workout.



    May 15th- mon- 30 mins walk(mor), 30 min strength training, 20 min ab.
    May 16th- tue- 45 mins LS walk.

    May 16th- 125.8 pounds.

    Though I am doing regular workouts, still strugling with clean eating part. Following 80 to 90% clean eating.
