Buddies Required!!! Lose A Kg A Month- 2017

    I started this kind of diet a week back only. Till now i am feeling ok...I am trying to reduce carb from my diet and trying to increase protein. Night if i feel hungry i am taking soup- but all market available soup powders only.. Look at my lunch- it is really lots..Hopefully i will see some result.
    Currently i am not doing heavy workout.

    Tea, sprouts salad
    Tomato soup

    12 SN
    10 mins walk :)- I could only manage this much time for workout

    Good going Ana.
    I too go for a bowl of soup at night, but is mostly a thick soup like pumkin/beetroot etc with a slice of wholemeal bread and subji and 1/2 bowl of dal +some salad. + 1 tbsp of rice.
    Thanks to you I was motivated to cut out the rice.

    Try adding good protein in all your meals Uma. you will feel satisfied with protein distributed all through out the day.

    Hi IL's,
    Am new member to this thread... I would like to join in your weight loss routine... Am TTC for an year and i have PCOD.. So doctor suggested to loose my weight.. I have already started going to gym..

    Current weight : 165 pounds ( I know am obese :tonguewink:)
    Target weight : 143 pounds

    Its a about 10kgs for 3 months... so i have planned to reduce at least 2 to 3 kgs per month...
    Wish me luck ladies and give motivation... :)

    Feb Beginning- 63.4kgs
    Feb Target- 62.5kgs

    And checked what my ideal weight should be and it is good to maintain at 60kgs.
    Hoping to do my best.

    No workout spl days of the month.whenever i dicide to start workout i get my periods... my body also trying to get excuses from workout....
