    Sept 5 update:-
    Morning Ovaltine.
    Lunch sambar rice one cup and Brussels sprouts curry.
    4 does with sambar.
    Snacks 2 Oreo biscuits and 1 peach.

    Exercise:-

    Walking for 30 minutes.

    Sept 6 update:-
    Morning had Ovaltine.
    Lunch had 5 idlis with pod I.
    Dinner had chapathi 4 with keerai kootu.
    Snack 4 pieces of cantaloupe, 3 Oreo biscuits and a cup of tea.

    No exercise.

    1/2 cup milk and 3 almonds after waking up
    45 minutes brisk walk
    1 cup Kellogg's cereal with fat free milk
    1/2 cup rice with dal and curd
    4 multigrain scones and 2 tbsp namkeen with tea in the evening
    1 apple
    45 minutes slow walk
    1 cup aval upma

    Am having my regular diet from 1 week , i can do my exercise but due to work i coudn't do.. am going to vacation for 3 days.. am going to follow the diet but coudn't manage exercise i will update my weight and exercise routne on monday

    5/9/2012

    BF – 1/2 cup oats + my regular smoothie
    Lunch – 2 homemade without oil aloo parata+Beans curry+Yogurt
    Dinner – 1 Banana+ dark chocolate 3 pieces
    Junk - Handful of rice sticks

    Exercise – None
    Water - 2 litres

    6/9/2012
    BF – Berries Smoothie
    Lunch – 1 cup rice + Subji+ ½ roti + 1 onion bajji
    Dinner-None
    Snack- 2 pieces of dark chocolate

    Exercise – 1 hr walk
    Water - 1 liters

    My yest's Diet

    Morn
    Green Tea
    Hot Water + Honey + Lime
    2 Almonds
    2 Date
    2 carrots

    Noon
    Bitter guard - 1/2 cup
    Potato curry - 1/2 cup
    Ground Nut - 1/2 cup
    1 small cup greens(Keerai)
    Snack
    Ground Nut - 1/2 cup

    Nite
    1 Boiled Egg
    Tomato Soup - 1 Bowl
    1 Pineapple Juice


    But had dinner very late :( Atleast today have to take it soon.


    Water - 2 litres

    No Yoga; No Gym :(

    BF - rava upma 1 .5 cup
    Lunch - 1 cup rice, 1 chappathi and dal curry
    4 pm - quarter carrot, 4 goosberries
    5 pm - 1 cup tea
    Dinner - 2 chappathi + dal curry and cantalope 2 pieces

    Excercise - 40 minutes brisk walk
