Bikram Yoga

    I had a question. Has anyone tried Bikram yoga, and, does it help in weight loss? Also can it be done while ttc?

    Yes dear, I have tried Bikram Yoga. I had enrolled myself for a week but I just went for one day. I could not tolerate the heat. You sweat like crazy. Once we went in we could not leave, we were supposed to lie down if we couldn't do the postures. I would never go in again.:rant But wait for some more feedback.

    I havnt personally tried it, but i have heard its best for people who practise yoga regularly and want to increase the difficulty, yes you would loose some weight but its due to the water lost due to sweating, better to do some cardio (jogging) and some toning excercises.
